Built by the India Diversity Forum in collaboration with senior CHROs, DEI experts, and compliance leaders, the toolkit simplifies complex DEI principles into actionable, measurable steps tailored for Indian workplaces.

This workshop is delivered in collaboration with The Outcast Collective, one of IDF’s certified Implementation Partners. The Outcast Collective brings lived experience, subject matter expertise, and deep facilitation skill to the table, making each session highly engaging and contextually relevant.
This workshop will be co-facilitated by Rutuja and Lakshmi, co-founders of The Outcast Collective. Their combined expertise in DEI strategy, policy, and inclusive leadership creates an immersive and thoughtful learning experience.
Rutuja is a lawyer specializing in workplace inclusion, with deep expertise in gender justice and POSH law. She has worked with diverse organizations to strengthen internal complaint mechanisms, deliver inclusive training, and embed compliance into culture. With over 50 POSH cases advised and sessions delivered across sectors, she brings both legal rigour and empathy to her facilitation.
Lakshmi is a DEI Strategist & Psychologist with over 18 years of experience designing inclusive learning journeys. Trained in psychology, coaching, and design thinking, she partners with organizations to build psychologically safe and equitable work environments. Her work blends neuroscience and behavioural science to shift mindsets, policies, and systems.
