The Outcast Collective team has a participative pedagogy that comprises individuals who are not only experts in DEI but also call upon their lived experiences to create all inclusive solutions. The lead team comes with a collective experience of 60+ years in people management, learning, and organizational development, industrial and counseling psychology, and corporate law.
