POSH Advisory

One of the most important aspects of an inclusive workplace is providing workplace safety for your team. As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, every organization with more than 10 employees must have prevention of sexual harassment (POSH) policy in place.

The lead team comes with a collective experience of 60+ years in people management, learning and organisational development, industrial and counseling psychology and corporate law.

POSH Awareness Session-

A workshop that can be customised either for the team at large or team members in leadership positions to create legal awareness and nuanced understanding of POSH law and implementation.

Program objective:

  • Awareness about the law, implementation and complaint filing mechanism under the POSH Act.
  • Understanding various ways in which workplace sexual harassment can manifest.
  • Understanding the nuances of filing a complaint and functioning of the redressal mechanism under the Act.
  • Creating a sense of trust and clarity amongst the participants regarding their rights, duties and responsibilities of the employer.

Internal Complaints Committee Training Session

An extensive training session for members of Internal Complaints Committees with an aim to equip them with practical knowledge of the law and how to conduct a POSH investigation.

Program objective:

  • In-depth knowledge building about the law, implementation and complaint filing mechanism under the POSH Act.
  • Understanding the journey of a POSH complaint and nuances of conducting an investigation.
  • Training in empathetic investigative techniques and sensitization through bias addressal.
  • Practical knowledge of how to handle POSH investigations, documentation and drafting a final report.
